Making knowledge available to people

As an information architect it is my job to make knowledge or in other words information available to people. This is not a simple task as it requires an understanding of both sender and receiver of that knowledge.

As an information architect it is my goal to work on behalf of the users while incorporating and adjusting business decisions in order to establish a balance in the final solution that will be accepted by both users and decision makers.

Course on project management

While I was unemployed I was allowed to select and follow a free 6 week course – I chose to join a course on project management. In my point of view, understanding project management is a very important part of being an information architect. I believe it is important that the information architect is able to bridge the gap between decision makers, developers and users.

Master Thesis: Make Them Think

My master thesis is made in collaboration with the day and evening school Fokus Folkeoplysning. Based on an evaluation of the site, some interviews with employees and some other methods I developed a new strategy for how they could attract new customers and get more customers to sign up online.
